氮-磷复合阻燃剂的制备及阻燃性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 以双三羟甲基丙烷、三氯氧磷、三聚氰胺为原料,合成膨胀型阻燃剂双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐。主要考察了原料配比、反应温度及反应时间的影响,结果表明,配比为4∶1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5h时,可得中间体收率超过95.0%,产物阻燃效果好。产物用红外光谱定性检测。 The title product was mine as main raw materials. The time on each stage of the reaction 4.0 : 1, the reaction temperature bove 95.0%. The flame retardan by IR. prepared using ditrimethylolpropane, phosphorus oxychloride and mela- influence of the ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and reaction was studied, the results showed that when the ratio of raw materials was was 70℃, and the reaction time was 5 h, the rate of esterification was a- t effect of the product was good. The product was qualitatively analyzedby IR.
