摘要
点蚀作为弧齿锥齿轮的主要失效方式,研究其对弧齿锥齿轮传动性能的影响对齿轮故障诊断具有重要意义。根据弧齿锥齿轮传动误差的定义,运用Abaqus软件分别分析了不同位置、不同载荷下点蚀对弧齿锥齿轮传动误差的影响。研究发现载荷越大,点蚀对传动误差的影响范围越大,无点蚀齿面和有点蚀齿面的传动误差绝对值增大;当点蚀位置啮合至节平面附近时,传动误差值与理想齿面的传动误差差值达到最大;点蚀位置越靠近小端,其对传动误差的影响越小。
Pitting is the main failure mode of spiral bevel gear, study on its effect to the transmission error of spiral bevel has great significance to the fault diagnosis of spiral bevel gear. According to the definition of transmission error, the influence on transmission error of spiral bevel gear with pitting and the transmission error of spiral bevel gear with rio pitting, the variation of transmission error curve analysis under different loads and different positions are analyzed by using the ABAQUS software. The study found that,the greater the load, the influence scope of transmission that caused by the pitting increases, and transmission error absolute value increases. As the gear surface with pitting meshing into the pitch plane, the difference value between ideal transmission error of tooth surface and transmission error reaches the maximum value. As the distance between the position of pitting and the small end decreases, the influence on transmission error increases.
