摘要
利用齿轮传动的高效率和永磁传动机构在滑差传动无磨损的特点,提出了永磁滑差传动机构封闭行星齿轮差动传动机构,得到一种速比范围在6左右的汽车用新型无级变速系统。通过分析系统的工作原理及影响因素,设计了控制传动部分的功率流路线和工作模式。经理论计算后得出系统的效率与传动比的关系,结果表明系统在大部分工况下效率为85%左右,为进一步的研究提供了依据。
Taking the advantage of the high efficiency in gear transmission and the no wear feature of permanent slip transmission, a permanent magnetic slip transmission mechanism of close planetary gear differential drive mechanism is presented, a new variable speed system whose ratio range is about 6 is got. The appropriate power flow of the transmission route and the mode of operation have been are designed after its work and influencing factors are analyzed. The efficiency of the system and the relationship of the transmission ratio are derived by theoretical calculations. The results show that the system efficiency in most conditions is about 85%, and a basis for further research is provided.
