摘要
针对渐开线齿轮动态性能预测问题,通过齿面测量,获得齿面数据,利用NURBS曲面构建渐开线齿轮修形后全齿面,并验证其精度。结合渐开线齿轮的啮合原理,实现对渐开线齿轮轻载情况下的接触斑点的求解,建立接触斑点数字化求解模型,利用OpenGL实现了接触斑点的仿真可视化。此方法可代替齿轮传统对滚检测,实现齿轮接触斑点的快速分析。
According to the involute gear dynamic performance prediction, the whole involute gear tooth surface with modification is constructed based on NURBS by measurement of tooth surface to get the tooth surface data, and its accuracy is verified. Combining with the meshing theory of involute gear, the contact pattern of involute gear with light load condition is solved. The contact pattern solution digital model is established, and the contact pattern visualization is realized by using Open GL. This method can replace the traditional roiling gear detection to achieve rapid analysis of the contact pattern.
