负载条件下谐波传动柔轮变形分析 被引量:5

Deformation Analysis of Flexspline of Harmonic Drive under the Load Condition

摘要 利用Matlab软件近似计算出齿间啮合力的分布,采用有限元法,在ANSYS Workbench环境中建立了空载与不同负载条件下柔轮-波发生器的有限元接触模型。得到了空载和不同负载条件下柔轮的周向和径向变形。结果表明,空载时,柔轮的变形只与波发生器的形状有关;承载时,载荷的大小对柔轮的径向变形影响较小,对周向变形影响较大,载荷越大,柔轮的最大周向变形量越大。有限元法可以准确地计算柔轮承载时的位移场分布,为柔轮变形研究提供了一种可行的方法。 The approximate distribution of meshing force between teeth is calculated by Matlab software. Using the finite element method, the flexspline--wave generator contact models under no--load and load conditions are established in ANSYS Workbench environment. The circumferential and radial deformations of the flexspline under the two conditions are obtained. The test results show that under no--load condition, the deformation of flexspline only relates to the shape of the wave generator, under the load condition, the size of the load largely affects the circunfferential deformation while has little influence on the radial deformation. The greater the size of the load is, the greater the maximum radial deformation becomes. Finite element method can accurately calculate the displacement distribution of the flexspline, thus providing a feasible method for the research of the flexspline deformation.
