摘要
通过对行星齿轮机构进行分析,建立了行星齿轮节点运动方程,利用解算法得出行星齿轮实现直线运动的条件,并对行星齿轮直线运动机构的的机构简图、机构自由度和刀杆受力情况进行了分析,为行星齿轮直线运动机构设计提供了依据。
Through the analysis of the planetary gear mechanism, the motion equations for planetary gear node are established. The conditions of planetary gear mechanism achieving linear motion are obtained by using solution algorithm. Analysis on institutions sketch and freedom of planetary gear linear motion mechanism and the force of cutter bar are carried out. The basis for design of planetary gear type linear motion mechanism is provided.
