履带车辆变速箱齿轮啮合过程分析及寿命预测 被引量:2

摘要 针对某履带车辆变速箱二挡齿轮容易发生失效,啮合过程轮齿应力变化难于准确测量,寿命预测不准确的问题,建立了齿轮啮合的有限元模型,分析了轮齿开始接触到完全分离的高度非线性动态过程,并对仿真结果进行试验验证,进而利用nCode designife建立了寿命预测模型,预测出齿轮疲劳失效部位及寿命,与试验结果进行比较,验证了齿轮啮合的动态分析方法的可行性,为预测齿轮寿命提供了参考。 The gear in tracked vehicle gearbox is difficulty in accurately measuring the stress of gear meshing process and predicting life, and the finite element model is established to analyzing the gear meshing process which is the highly non--linear process, and the test is adopted to verify, then the life model is established to predicting the gear fatigue failure part and life by nCode designife software, and compared with the research results, it is verified that the dynamic method is feasible in analyzing gears meshing, it provided reference for predicting gear life.
