摘要
以2MW级风电齿轮箱为分析对象,基于风力发电机组齿轮箱结构和作业特点,应用动态系统刚柔耦合的研究方法,建立了其齿轮箱的动态刚柔耦合仿真分析模型。通过仿真模型,对高速轴承的主要承载件保持架和滚动体进行了有限元强度分析,进而分析了高速轴承在典型作业工况的动载特点。论文的分析方法及所得结论可为风电齿轮箱机理的深度探索研究和性能的提高提供了理论基础。
2MW--class wind turbine gearbox is used as the analysis object, based on the structure and operating characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox, dynamic rigid--flexible coupling system is adopted and dynamic rigid--flexible coupling simulation analysis model of the gearbox is established. From the simulation model, finite element strength analysis is carried on the cage and rolling element which are the main loading parts of the high--speed bearing. And then dynamic load characteristics in the typical operating conditions are analyzed. The methods for analysis and conclusions could provide theoretical basis for the further exploration research and performance improvement of the mechanism of the wind turbine gearbox.
