摘要
针对非圆齿轮齿廓复杂、测量困难这一问题,以椭圆齿轮为研究对象,采用跨棒距测量方法,研究其节曲线误差、齿厚误差、齿圈径向跳动和齿向偏差等精度指标的测量技术。通过建立椭圆齿轮跨棒距测量的数学模型,研究不同模数的椭圆齿轮的测量原理、各项误差的评判依据,以及齿轮规格与量棒型号的匹配关系,为非圆齿轮各项误差(节曲线误差、齿厚误差、齿圈径向跳动和齿向偏差)的精密测量提供一种新方法。
In view of the problem that the non--circular gear tooth profiles are complex and the measurement is difficult, so an elliptic gear is used as the study object. By using over roller measurement method, the technology of measurement such as section curve of error, the tooth thickness error, radial runout and tooth alignment error precision indexes and so on are studied. By establishing the mathematical model of an elliptical gear over roller measurement, the measuring principle of different elliptic gear modulus, the error evaluation basis, the types specification of measuring roller, and the matching relations are studied. A new method of precision measurement for various errors, which are section curve error, tooth thickness, tooth ring radial runout and tooth alignment error of non--circu lar gear is provided.
