针刺蝶腭神经节治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture at Phenomaxillary Ganglia for Secretory Otitis Media

目的观察针刺蝶腭神经节治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法将302例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为治疗组150例和对照组152例。治疗组采用针刺蝶腭神经节配合西药治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为78.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺蝶腭神经节是一种治疗分泌性中耳炎的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at phynomaxillary ganglia in treating secretory otitis media （SOM）. Method Totally 302 patients with SOM were randomized into a treatment group of 150 cases and a control group of 152 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at phynomaxillary ganglia plus Western medicine, while the control group was by medicine alone. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 94.7% in the treatment group versus 78.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at phynomaxillary ganglia is an effective approach in treating SOM.
