摘要
一种结构明确的新结构四联噻吩化合物:5,5'-二[2,5-二(三甲基硅)-3-噻吩]基-2,2'-联噻吩(1)被有效合成出来。以2,3'-联噻吩(4)为建筑模块,通过NBS选择性溴代高产率得到5-溴-2,3'-联噻吩(5),进而通过氯化铜氧化偶联有效的合成出1。本文还对目标产物的单晶结构和紫外吸收光谱进行了分析。
A new structurally well-defined tetrathiophene, 5, 5'-bis (2, 5 bis (trimethylsiiyl)-thiophene-3-yl)-2, 2'- bithiophene (1) has been efficiently synthesized with 2, 3'-bithiophene (4) as the building block. During the bromination of 4 with NES, 5-bromo-2,3'-bithiophene (5) can he generated in a good yield with high selectivity. The title compound 1 was efficiently obtained by CuC12 promoted oxidative coupling of bithiophenyl lithium. In addition, the single crystal structure and UV-vis absorbance spectrum of the title tetrathiophene have been described.
