Education resources sharing platform have promoted modern teaching and management work dramatically. The establishment of such sharing platform is very important in the information era. This paper begin with the characteristis of technical colleges, based on ASP. NET technology, using Browser/Server three-layer architecture, and constructed open education resources sharing platform to achieve the goal of sharing resources in technical colleges.
