水利风景区适应能力评价体系研究

Evaluation system for adaptive capacity of water conservancy parks

基于水利风景区适应能力内涵的分析,从生存能力和发展能力两个维度,提出了水利风景区适应能力评价指标体系及其测度方法,并利用该评价体系对6个典型水利风景区进行实证分析。结果表明,该6个典型水利风景区的适应能力均逐渐提高,景区基本功能和水利旅游功能呈逐渐上升趋势。

Based on the analysis of connotation of the adaptive capacity of water conservancy parks, an evaluation index system and the relevant measurement method to evaluate and measure the adaptive capacity of water conservancy parks are proposed from the two dimensions of survival ability and development ability. The empirical studies on 6 typical water conservancy parks are performed by means of the proposed evaluation system. The results show that the adaptive capacities of those 6 water conservancy parks all gradually increase,and the basic function and water conservancy tourism function both have an increasing tendency.
