论推进医学院校学生参与国际交流的途径

Study on Ways of Promoting Students Studying Aboard by Medical Schools

推进学生国际交流是当下我国医学院校国际化办学的一项核心工作,发展迅速但也存在缺乏规划、管理与服务机制不完善、课程对接和学分转换不够灵活、对学生的资助不足等问题。针对这一现状,作者提出以学生国际交流项目为依托,课程对接和学分互认,健全内部合作体系,强化双语及全英语教学,完善学生国际交流保障体系等医学院校推进学生国际交流的发展途径。

Promoting students studying aboard is one of the critical part of medical international educa- tion. It develops fast but still some problems exist, such as lack of planning, insufficient management and service mechanism, insufficient mutual recognition of courses and credits, insufficient funding for students and so forth. Based on the situation, this paper proposes ways to promote students studying aboard： developing programs of students studying aboard, improving the internal cooperation system, full mutual recognition of courses and credits, strengthening bilingual and English teaching, impro- ving the ways of supporting students.
