摘要
临床教学是医学教育的必不可缺的重要阶段,是将理论与实践相结合的重要阶段,是医学生顺利进入临床工作职业生涯的必经之路。神经病学临床教学作为整个临床教学的重要组成部分,与基础医学及临床各学科之间有着广泛而密切的联系,同时也具有专业性强、内容抽象复杂、涉及较多神经解剖学知识以及需要严密逻辑推理过程的特点。因此,如何使实习生在较短时间内掌握神经病学的查体及诊断思路,有一定难度。作者就如何提高神经病学临床教学质量谈了几点自己的体会。
Clinical teaching is an indispensable stage of medical education, and it's an important stage for the combination of theory and practice, and it's the way for medical students to successfully enter clinical career. Neurology, as a crucial part of clinical teaching, has extensive and close connections with clinical and basic medical disciplines, but also has distinguishing features including strong profes- sional characteristic, abstract and complex content, involving basic knowledge of neuroanatomy and the need for more rigorous logical reasoning process. Therefore, it is difficult for interns to master neurological examination and diagnosis of ideas in a relatively short time. This article discuss on how to improve the teaching quality of clinical neurology.
