规范眼科住院总医师培训提升眼科专业人才素质

Standardize Ophthalmology Chief Resident Training to Enhance the Quality of Ophthalmic Professionals

结合我国眼科专业特点和住院总培训工作中的实情,探讨了眼科住院总医师的规范化培养。作者对目前我国眼科住院总培养的现状和新变化进行了分析,为进一步提高培养质量提出建议。提出应将职称晋升与住院总培训挂钩,突出临床能力的培养,严格考核制度,使培训结束后能够具有真正的独立执业能力。

Combined with ophthalmic professional features and chief resident training in practice to ex- plore ophthalmology chief resident training specifications. Training on the current status and new changes were analyzed in order to further improve the training quality. We suggested that it should to link the chief resident training with job promotion, strengthen clinical ability and be strict with ap- praisal system, after the training the trainees can have truly independent practice skills.
