双微导管技术栓塞宽颈动脉瘤

Application value of double micro-catheter technique to treat acute ruptured intracranial aneurysms

目的探讨分析双微导管技术在宽颈动脉瘤栓塞中应用。方法分析2010年3月至2013年3月我科收治急性破裂宽颈动脉瘤中使用双微导管技术栓塞宽颈17例。结果 17例患者技术成功率100%,完全栓塞13例,近全栓塞3例,部分栓塞1例。术后出现一过性脑缺血症状2例。结论对急性期破裂宽颈动脉瘤使用双微管技术是安全有效,且经济困难的患者能节省费用。

Objective To investigate the value of double micro-catheter technique for the endo-vascular treatment of acute ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods All 23 patients, with acute ruptured intracranial aneurysms, were performed endovascular therapy with double micro-catheter technique between March 2010 and March 2013, including 17 cases of wide-neck intracranial aneurysms and 6 narrow- neck ones. Results Seventeen cases got technical success with the success rate of 100%. The aneurysms were totally embolized in 19 cases, over 90% in 3 cases and over 50% in 1 case of all 23 patients. Two patients got transient ischemia attack. Conclusion Double micro-cathe- ter technique is verified as a safe and available therapy for acute ruptured intracranial aneurysms, and especially it is very economical and practical for patients with narrow-neck intracranial aneurysms and economic difficulties.
