摘要
以玉米京科甜183和郑单958为供试作物,通过盆栽试验,对铅、砷胁迫下玉米的生长发育进行了研究。结果表明,重金属铅对作物的毒性明显小于砷,同时京科甜183对重金属铅和砷的抗性要强于郑单958。试验为植物修复技术提供了有利的理论依据。
Through the pot-experiment on Beijing sweet 183 and Zhengdan 958 corns, the paper studies the effects of heavy metal such as Pb, As on the growth of corn. The result shows that heavy metal Pb toxicity to crops is less than As, meanwhile, Beijing sweet 183's resistance to heavy metal Pb and As is superior to Zhengdan 958.
