摘要
顺式-二碘-二(2-甲基吡啶)合铂(Ⅱ)与高氯酸反应制得I(2-甲基吡啶)Pt(u-I)2Pt(2-甲基吡啶)I(Ⅱ)(3);3经胺化、复分解和取代反应合成了抗肿瘤新药甲啶铂,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。
The key intermediate,I（ 2-Picoline） Pt（ u-I） 2 Pt（ 2-Picoline） I（ Ⅱ）（ 3）,was synthesized by reaction of（ C 6 H 7 N 2） 2 PtI 2 with HClO 4. A platinum-based anti-tumor drug——Picoplatin was synthesized by aminization,double decomposition and substitution reaction from 3. The structures were confirmed by1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.
