摘要
采用生长速率法测定了采自云南思茅城郊的12种药用植物丙酮粗提物对茄链格孢菌(A lternaria solani)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)、香蕉炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum musae)和水稻纹枯病病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的抑菌活性.结果表明,12种药用植物丙酮粗提物在0.1、0.01 g/mL和0.005 g/mL浓度下,对4种供试植物病原真菌的菌丝生长均表现出一定的抑制活性.其中石荠苎(Mosla scabra)对4种植物病真菌的抑菌率为70.2%~ 100%,红梗楠(Phoebe rufescens)为50.6%~92.8%,具有进一步研究和开发的价值.
Antifungal activities of extracts from 12 medicinal plants in Yunnan Simao against Alternaria solani, Fusarium solani, Colletotrichum musae, and Rhizoctonia solani were determined by growth rate methods. The results indicated that acetone extracts at different concentration (0.1 g/mL, 0.01 g/mL and 0.005 g/mL) from 12 medicinal plants showed inhibition activities on mycelia growth of 4 sampled phytopathogenic fungi. In conclusion, inhibition rates of Mosla scabra against 4 fungi were from 70.2 % to 100 %, and those of Phoebe rufescens were from 50.6 % to 92.8 %, so M. scabra and P. rufescens had values for further research and development.
