摘要
研究了在不同施氮量及小麦条锈病发生条件下,小麦植株及叶片的生理变化、6个植被指数与小麦条锈病病情指数的相关性和相同施氮量下病情指数与冠层光谱的相关性。结果表明,不同施氮量及小麦条锈病胁迫下病情指数与植被指数在抽穗期基本呈负相关,在开花期及乳熟期均呈正相关。在相同施氮量下小麦条锈病病情指数与植被指数的相关性分析结果基本为负相关,两种氮素条件下的病情指数与光谱分析结果不同。说明氮素可能会对遥感监测小麦条锈病植株冠层光谱造成干扰。所以,在小麦条锈病遥感监测时要充分考虑氮素水平差异对小麦条锈病遥感监测带来的影响。
At the conditions of different nitrogen fertilizer level and infected with wheat scab, wheat physiology characteristics, correlation between six vegetation index and wheat stripe rust disease index (DI), and correlation between disease index and canopy spectra at the same nitrogen fertilizer level were studied. The results showed that DI and vegetation index had negative correlation at the conditions of different nitrogen fertilizer level and infected with wheat stripe rust at heading stage, and showed positive correlation at flowering stage and milky stage, while DI and vegetation index showed positive correlation at the condition of the same nitrogen fertilizer level, which indicated that nitrogen level could disturb canopy spectra of wheat monitoring by remote sensing, and so it was necessary to give more attention on the impact of nitrogen content level on wheat stripe rust remote sensing monitoring.
