Factors affecting the Rate of Cesarean Section

剖宫产(Cesarean Section)是处理各类高危妊娠和异常分娩,挽救孕产妇和围生儿生命的有效手段,近年来,剖宫产率的增高引起了国内外的广泛关注,本研究主要概述目前国内外的剖宫产率现况,归纳引起剖宫产率上升的主要因素,及可降低剖宫产率的措施。

Cesarean Section is an effective means to solve all kinds of high-risk pregnancy and birth abnormalities, and save maternal and perinatal child lives. Recently, the increasing of the rate of Cesarean Section, attracts widespread attention at home and abroad. This paper by outlining the current status of cesarean section rates abroad, generalize the main factors of causing increasing rate of cesarean section and the measures to reduce the rate of Cesarean Section.
