摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法对小麦分层碾削技术削减呕吐毒素工艺条件进行试验。试验发现,碾削时间、润麦水分、润麦时间3个因素对降低小麦呕吐毒素浓度均具有极显著影响(P<0.01)。优化所得最佳工艺条件为:碾削时间70.34s,二次润麦水分15.59%,二次润麦时间10.02min;在此条件下,赤霉病小麦中的呕吐毒素质量分数平均降低至0.635mg/kg,与预测值0.617mg/kg基本持平,低于相关的国家粮食卫生标准1 000μg/kg和欧盟规定的1mg/kg。
On the basis of .single-factor experiments, using response surface methodology the process of reducing the concen tration of vomitoxin by peeling and milling was studied. It claimed that the time of peeling and milling had a significant impact on reducing the concentration of vomitoxin, as well as the moisture and tempering time (P〈0.01). The optimum conditions were as follows: the time of peeling and milling 70.34 s, moisture 15.59%,secondary tempering time 10.02 rain. Under the condition, the average of the concentration of vomitoxin was 0. 635 mg/kg, equal to the predicted value of 0. 617 mg/kg, and less than 1 000 μ g/kg of the national grain health standard and 1 mg/kg of EU regulations.
