电子束辐照降解脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用高能射线电子束辐照处理脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON),并采用高效液相色谱法进行DON含量测定,以研究不同辐照剂量对DON溶液中毒素的降解效果和不同浓度DON溶液对辐照降解率的影响。研究结果表明:高效液相色谱法可以很好地对DON进行检测,高能射线电子束对DON溶液降解效果显著,辐照剂量增大,降解率增大。在相同的辐照剂量下,1~10kGy时,DON溶液浓度越大,降解率越大;10~20kGy时,浓度越小,降解率越大。 ABSTRACT : DON was dalt with high-energy electron beam and its content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPI.C) to study the degradation effect of different irradiation doses and the influence of different IX)N concentration on degradation rate. The results showed that the method of HPLC was reliable and efficient, the degradation effect of electron beam was remarkable, and the degradation rate was positively related with irradiation doses. With the same irradiation dose,at 1 - 10 kGy, the degradation rate were related positively with DON c0ncentration,but at 10-20 kGy,the relationship was negative.
