高新技术产业集群发展模式研究——以锦州硅材料及太阳能电池产业基地为例

Study on the Development Mode of the High-technology Industrial Clusters——Taking Jinzhou Silicon Materials and Solar Battery Industrial Base as an Example

文章以国内外成功案例为依据,在典型问题诊断和其他高新技术产业集群研究的基础上,结合锦州市资源情况和发展实际,提出了一些发展模式的实施对策。研究认为,在合理的开发利用和整治措施保障下,锦州硅材料及太阳能电池产业基地可得到很好的发展。

Basing on the domestic and foreign successful cases, plus typical problem diagnosis, high-technology industrial clusters studies and the Jinzhou＇s situation, this paper provides some solutions for its development pattern. We consider that this base could have a good future under the appropriate development, utilization, and regulatory security.
