Study on Business Performance Management Mode based on Inamori's Philosophy

采用文献研究和案例分析等方法探讨蕴于稻盛经营哲学中的绩效管理思想,提出具有七个步骤的基于稻盛经营哲学的企业绩效管理模式,并对该模式进行了阐述,为企业实践稻盛和夫的经营哲学或阿米巴经营提供了一个理论参考框架。研究结果丰富了已有的研究成果,加深了对稻盛经营哲学的认识。

By the methods of literature research and case analysis, this paper explores performance management ideas in the Inamori＇s Philosophy, and formulates and expounds a seven-step business performance management mode based on Inamori＇s Philosophy, providing a theoretical framework for enterprise practice of Inamori＇s Philosophy or ameba management. The results of this paper enrich the existing research results, deepening the understanding of Inamori＇s Philosophy.
