摘要
图书馆决策层成员的角色定位是实现和谐互动的基础。决策层成员个体与个体的和谐互动,只能实现和谐互动"量"的积累,要想实现决策层整体功能"质"的飞跃,就必须跳出简单的"二元互动"关系,实现领导各层级全方位的"多元和谐互动",这样才能极大地提升班子的整体功能,提高工作效率。最终实现决策层的全方位和谐互动。
Fixation of the positions of university library's leading board is the foundation of harmonious interaction. The interaction between onebody and another will only lead to raisement in quantity, to achieve the leap of leading board's whole function in quality, we must get out of the simple relation as the "mutual interaction" and adopt themultielement harmounious interaction, only we accomplish it can we improve the whole functions of the leading board and work efficiency by a big margin. So individual person should cultivate his moral concepts, right concepts, outlook of life, art of leadership and so on, to accomplish the harmonious interaction of leadership on every side ultimately.
