摘要 创造性破坏视角下,施引专利对被引专利相对竞争优势的盗窃是各种专利引文关系的共性。由于观察对象的不同,这一效应在耦合专利、共引专利、直接引用专利中的影响程度有所不同。面向技术竞争情报研究的不同主题,指出三类专利引文分析方法的适用范围:基于专利耦合的技术竞争现状识别、基于专利共引的技术竞争历史关系总结、基于专利直接引用的企业技术竞争态势识别;并从多个方面对这三类研究方法进行了对比。 Under the perspective of creative destruction, the market stealing on cited patents by citing patents is universal among various citations between patents. However, the effect of creative destruction varies in co-coupling patents, co-cited patents, and patents of direct citation. A methodological framework of technical competitive intelligence researches based on patents citations was established and classi-fied into three categories. Applicable fields of patent citation analysis methods were suggested in response to different topics in competitive technical intelligence studies: analysis of current competitive relations based on patent coupling, analysis of historical competitive relations based on patent co-citation, and analysis of competition dynamics based on direct patent citations. Finally, a multi-dimensional compara-tive study was conducted on the suggested three methods.
