目的用焦虑和抑郁自评量表了解医院科技人员的心理健康状态。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)对260名医护科研人员进行调查。调查结果按照专业和职称进行分组比较,结果采用统计学处理。结果护士在抑郁得分较医生高,且差异明显,护士在焦虑项目上得分也明显高于医生,全体被调查者按职称进行比较,SDS项目上,初级与中级相比差异明显,初级与高级相比则无显著差异,中级与高级相比较具有显著差异。在SAS项目上,初级与中级相比差异有统计学意义,初级与高级相比差异无统计学意义,中级与高级相比较差异有统计学意义。结论护士与中级职称科研人员承担的工作任务多,责任大,导致他们心理问题最突出,是医院管理者需要重点解决的问题所在。

Objective Using SAS and SDS to understand the mental health status of hospital scientific research personnel. Methods Using the Self-rating Depression Scale （ SDS ） and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） on 260· medical researchers to investigate. Results according to the professional titles and the comparison was carried out, the Results statistical processing. Results Nurses in depression scores ,anxiety item scores were significantly higher than that of doctors. Conclusion Nurses and intermediate titles of scientific research personnel had the most outstanding psychological problems.
