摘要
目的为精神卫生医疗机构向基层医疗卫生机构提供技术指导提供依据。方法自拟《重性精神疾病管理治疗技术指导需求调查表》,分别调查48名精防人员和43名精神科医师。结果精防人员对于技术指导需求排前三位的是个案管理计划制定、精神症状识别和危险性评估;精神科医师认为技术指导需求排前三位的是精神症状识别、药物基本知识掌握和个案管理计划制定。结论根据需求提供技术指导。
Objective To provide some proof that mental health institutions gave technical guidance to the basic medical institutions. Method According to the questionnaire named ＂the needs of technical guidance on severe mental disease treatment and management＂ which created by ourself. We respectively investigate 48 case-managers＇ and 43 psychiatrists＇ demanding for technical guidance. Results Case-manager thought that the top three technical guidance demand were case management planning, mental symptom identification and risk assessment; psychiatrist thought that the top three technical guidance demand is mental symptom identification, a basic knowledge of drug and case management planning. Conclusion We should provide technical guidance according to the requirements.
