心脏外科手术围术期高血糖的不良影响和治疗 被引量:3

摘要 心脏外科手术患者,特别是体外循环术后患者(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)常容易出现血糖升高,大量研究显示,心脏手术围术期高血糖与术后并发症和术后不良结局有密切关系.合理的使用胰岛素有效控制血糖水平,可能对改善患者预后有益.
