摘要
目的 探讨对急诊患者实施个性化优质护理服务的效果,以供临床参考.方法 将2012年1~8月在我科就诊患者作为研究对象,其中1~4月就诊的900例患者作为对照组,采用传统的护理服务.5~8月就诊的900例患者作为观察组,实行人性化优质护理服务,观察两组患者的护理效果差异.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者总的焦虑和抑郁状态明显减少,对护士的满意度评价较高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对急诊患者采用个性化全程优质护理,有利于改善患者的心理状态、提高急诊患者对护理工作人员的满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of rendering high-quality personalized nursing service to emergency cases. Methods Our department patients were enrolled into our study from January 2012 to August 2012 ,and the difference of nursing efficacy before and after high-quality personalized nursing care were compared. Results The overall anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly reduced, and the satisfaction evaluation of nurses were higher (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The high-quality personalized care should be adopted in the course of emergency cases.
