骨髓腔输液在严重创伤急救中的应用及护理

Intraosseous infusion in severe trauma emergency

目的探讨骨髓腔输液技术在严重创伤急救中的应用。方法选择严重创伤195例,治疗组为经骨髓腔输液,对照组为经外周静脉输液,比较两组的建立通道时间,输液速度,4h抢救有效率和血压回升时间。结果两组在建立输液通道时间,输液速度和4h抢救有效率,经骨髓腔输液组较静脉输液组明显有效。结论在严重创伤的急救中,骨髓腔输液具有快速、高效、易操作的特点,是休克在急诊抢救早期的首选液体复苏方式。

Objective To explore intraosseous infusion method in severe trauma. Methods 195 severe trauma patients were set as the experimental group and the control group. Infusion time, infusion speed, 4h effective percentage and time of blood pressure return of two groups were compared. Results Infusion time, infusion speed and 4 h effective percentage in the experimental group were better than the control group. Conclusion Intraosseous infusion should be a fast, high-performance and convenient operation method in severe trauma shock.
