摘要
目的分析输液室护患纠纷的原因,探讨护理防范及管理措施。方法采用自行设计的《护患纠纷原因分析表》,以回顾性调查方式统计143例急诊输液室护患纠纷。结果护理服务缺位,沟通交流不畅,护士业务素质不高,输液流程不畅,患者缺少安全感是引起护患纠纷的主要原因。结论通过加强安全管理,提高护理人员的沟通力及业务素质等有效防范措施,2012年护患纠纷发生13起,发生率明显低于往年。
Objective To analyze the infusion room nursing disputes reasons to explore nursing prevention and management measures. Methods A self-designed "nursing disputes analysis form" , a retrospective survey method to statistics 143 cases of emergency infusion room nurse-patient disputes. Results Absence of care, poor communication, nurses and professional quality is not high, fluid flow impeded, patients lack a sense of security were the main reason causing nursing disputes. Conclusion Strengthen safety management, improve communication ability of nursing and professional qualities and other effective preventive measures, 2012 nursing disputes occurred 13 cases, the incidence was significantly lower than in previous years.
