摘要
合成了一种高硫含羟基和黄原酸的噻二唑衍生物(ESP),利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在Corda3970基础油中的摩擦磨损性能,表明所合成的添加剂能够有效的提高Corda 3970基础油的极压和抗磨性能,并且在一定的浓度范围内随着浓度的增加,其抗磨减摩性能增加。通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析了钢球表面形貌及元素分布,发现其主导作用的是边界膜中存在S、O、N活性元素,它们形成复合膜是添加剂具有摩擦学性能的主要原因。
A high sulfur hydroxyl and xanthate-containing thiadiazole derivative( ESP) was synthesized in the text,and it’s friction and wear performance of composition ESP in Corda 3970 were investing by four-ball tester. Results indicated that the synthetic addi-tive can effectively improve the Corda 3970 base oil extreme pressure and antiwear performance,and along with the concentration in-creasing,the anti-wear and anti-friction performance increase at a given concentration range. The surface morphology and element distribution of worn steel ball surface were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy( SEM) ,and it was found that the bound-ary film which containing S,O,N elements,is the main reason for the additive which possesses the tribological performance.
