摘要 根据绕线机的结构,分析了其控制原理。针对一阶运动方程电机控制算法存在的问题,推导了电机二阶运动方程,提出一种基于交叉耦合结构的多电机同步控制算法,并建立了电机运动控制模型,实现了多轴电机精确同步联动。仿真结果证明了该算法具有较高的同步控制精度和较强的抗干扰能力。 The control principle of winding machine is analyzed based on its structure. Aimed at problems in the first-order induction motor equation of motor control algorithms, the second-order induction motor equation is deduced. Multiple motors synchronization control algorithm is proposed based on the structure of cross cou- pling. Then motor control mathematical model is founded to realize motor accurate synchronization of multiple motion axes. Simulation results indicate that the algorithm has higher accuracy of synchronization control and strong capability of anti-interference.
