前列地尔对老年糖尿病肾病患者骨形成蛋白-7及转化生长因子β1水平的影响

Effects of prostaglandin E1 on the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-7 and transforming growth factor-β1 in aging diabetic kidney disease patients

目的:观察前列地尔注射液对老年糖尿病肾病患者骨形成蛋白-7(BMP-7)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法:选择我院老年糖尿病肾病患者50例,随机分为前列地尔治疗组与常规治疗组。前列地尔组给予常规治疗基础上再静脉注射前列地尔10μg,1次/d,疗程均为14d。测定2组治疗前及治疗后14d、60d的血BMP-7、TGF-β1及尿微量白蛋白水平。同时选取健康志愿者20例作为对照。结果:治疗前老年糖尿病肾病2组患者BMP-7、TGF-β1及尿微量白蛋白水平均无显著性差异;但与健康对照组比较,血BMP-7显著降低(均P<0.05),TGF-β1及尿微量白蛋白水平显著升高(均P<0.05)。前列地尔组治疗14d及60d后,血BMP-7较常规治疗组显著升高(均P<0.05),血TGF-β1及尿微量白蛋白水平较常规治疗组显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病肾病效果优于单纯常规治疗,这种作用可能与前列地尔调节血BMP-7及TGF-β1水平有关。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effects of prostaglandin EI（PGE1） on the expression of bone morpho- genetic protein-7（BMP-7）and transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1）in aging diabetic kidney disease（DKD） patients.nethods：A total of 50 aging DKD patients were divided into PGE1 treated group and conventional treatment group.The PGE1 group received inject PGE1 10μg once a day for 14 days.Before and after treat- ment,the changes of circulating BMP-7,TGF-β1 and urinary macro-albumin were observed.Results：Before treatment of PGE1 ,BMP-7,TGF-β1and urinary macro-albumin levels were no significantly different between two groups.After the treatment of PGE1 ,BMP-7 level was significantly increased（P〈0.05）.TGF-β1 and urinary macro-albumin levels were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：PGE1 can manage the expression of BMP-7 and TGF-β1 in aging DKD patients.
