摘要
体育教学作为一种以运动技术传习为主要特征的、操作性较强的教育活动与缄默知识理论有着密切的关联。缄默知识存在于体育教学内容、体育教师、学生、运动技能之中。体育教学中缄默知识传递主要有"学徒制"和缄默知识"显性化"两种形式。
As an education activity that is highly operational, mainly characterized by sports skill lecturing and learning, physical education teaching is closely related to tacit knowledge theories. Tacit knowledge is contained in physical education teaching contents, inlaid in physical education teachers, carried by students, embodied in sports skills. Tacit knowledge’s transfer in physical education teaching mainly includes such two forms as“apprentice sys-tem”and the“explicit transformation”of tacit knowledge.
