高效液相色谱法测定唇齿清胃丸中栀子苷含量

Content Determination of Gardenoside in Chunchiqingwei Pills by HPLC

目的建立测定唇齿清胃丸中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil—C，s色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈一水（10：90），检测波长为238nm，流速为1mL／min。结果栀子苷进样量在0．1428～4．5696斗g范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．19％，RSD为0．83％（n=6）。结论该方法稳定，可靠，可作为唇齿清胃丸中栀子苷含量的测定方法。

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for determining the gardenoside content in Chunchiqingwei Pills. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on the Kromasil- Cl8 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） with acetonitrile-water（10 ： 90） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The ultraviolet detection was performed at the wavelength of 238 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship（ r = 0. 999 9） in the range of 0. 142 8-4. 569 6 Ixg for gardeno- side. The average recovery rate was 99. 19% with RSD of 0. 83% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable, which can be used as the determination method of the gardenoside content in Chunchiqingwei Pills.
