摘要
目的建立测定唇齿清胃丸中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil—C,s色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈一水(10:90),检测波长为238nm,流速为1mL/min。结果栀子苷进样量在0.1428~4.5696斗g范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.19%,RSD为0.83%(n=6)。结论该方法稳定,可靠,可作为唇齿清胃丸中栀子苷含量的测定方法。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determining the gardenoside content in Chunchiqingwei Pills. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on the Kromasil- Cl8 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water(10 : 90) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The ultraviolet detection was performed at the wavelength of 238 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship( r = 0. 999 9) in the range of 0. 142 8-4. 569 6 Ixg for gardeno- side. The average recovery rate was 99. 19% with RSD of 0. 83% (n =6). Conclusion The method is stable and reliable, which can be used as the determination method of the gardenoside content in Chunchiqingwei Pills.
