摘要 嗜酸粒细胞是来源于胃肠道的具有强大先天免疫功能的细胞,其参与宿主免疫,抵抗病原体,并帮助维持肠上皮稳态,在许多胃肠道疾病中起关键作用。近年来研究发现,嗜酸粒细胞与许多功能性胃肠病,如功能性消化不良(FD)的发生机制密切相关。本文就十二指肠嗜酸粒细胞在FD发生机制中作用的研究进展做一综述。 Eosinophils are potent innateness immune cells that home to gastrointestinal tract, it participates in host im- munity to resist pathogen and help to maintain intestinal epithelial with homeostasis, playing a key role in numerous disorders of gastrointestinal tract. Recently, it has been discovered that eosinophils are closely related to the mechanism of gastrointestinal disease, such as functional dyspepsia. This article reviews the progress on relationship between eosinophils and the mechanism of functional dyspepsia.
