三维放疗联合化疗晚期宫颈癌近期疗效分析

摘要 目的:探讨分析三维适形同步放化综合治疗局部晚期宫颈癌患者的近期疗效及急性不良反应。方法:选择2011年4月-2013年4月收治的50例Ⅱa~Ⅳa期宫颈癌患者,放疗采用6MV加速器常规前后对穿、三维适形及^192Ir后装腔内治疗,同期联合顺铂单药每周化疗方案,放疗前后用I.5及3.0超导核磁(MR)检查。结果:三维适形组完全缓解率为92%,前后对穿组完全缓解率为80%,两组有效率为100%,两组疗效相似;急性不良反应三维适形组骨髓抑制较低,其他相似。结论:三维适形同步放化综合治疗局部晚期宫颈癌患者近期疗效较好,急性不良反应有缓解。
