摘要
为有效提高球头铣刀的动态性能并优化其结构,运用CATIA构建球头铣刀的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对球头铣刀进行静力分析和模态分析,分析结果表明,所建立的铣削力模型可以实现对球头铣刀铣削力和变形量的准确预报,为球头铣刀设计优化提供科学依据。
To effectively improve the dynamic performance of the ball milling cutter head and optimize its structure, using CATIA to build three-dimensional entity model of the ball milling cutter head, using ANSYS finite element analysis software of ball end milling cutter for the static analysis and modal analysis, the analysis results show that the established in this paper, the milling deformation of the accurate forecast, force model of ball end milling cutter can be accomplished by the milling force and to provide scientific basis for ball end milling cutter design optimization.
