摘要
针对CC25-9.8/4.1/0.8型抽气凝汽式汽轮发电机组由于机组振动和其它原因造成励磁机电枢绕组松动、绝缘降低、绕组发生击穿等问题进行了分析,并拆出转子进行电气修复,提出了利用汽机励磁机转子联轴器紧固螺栓旋紧力矩调整末端轴头的晃动值方法,详细论述了对相关元件的检修和安装。实践证明:安装完成的机组运行稳定,轴瓦的水平振动、垂直振动得到了较大的降低。
The problems due to vibration and other causes such as the exciter armature winding loosening, insulation reducing, winding breakdown, etc, have been analyzed for CC25-9.8/4.1/0.8 type extraction condensing steam turbine generator units. The rotor has been dismantled for electrical fixing. A method to adjust the value of the end of the shaft shaking by fastening bolt of the turbine exciter rotor has been proposed, and the relevant components for maintenance and installation have been discussed explicitly. It has been proved that the unit is stable, and the horizontal vibration and vertical vibration has been greatly reduced after completing installation.
