摘要
1987年建成投入生产运行的原35 kV峰云线因地理位置限制,设计原因等,导致防雷水平低,雷击故障频繁,极大程度影响了供电的可靠性。随着工农业生产的发展和电网的扩大,已经不适应农村电气化的要求了。通过分析雷击故障频繁发生的原因,对35 kV峰云线防雷技术改造的效果,得出了降低地网接地电阻值是防雷的最有效的措施。

With the development of industrial and agricultural production and the expansion of power grid, is no longer adapt to the requirement of rural electrification. Through the analysis of the causes of frequent lightning failures of 35kV peak effect of cloud line lightning protection technology reform, it is concluded that the lower network is the most effective measures of lightning protection of grounding resistance.
