摘要
MIFARE 1射频卡采用先进的芯片制造工艺制作,内建有高速的CMOS EEPROM、MCU等。本文介绍了Philips公司的MIFARE 1射频卡的主要特点和工作原理,提出了一种由单片机控制,用分离元件实现的远距离MIFARE 1卡读卡器射频前端硬件电路系统的设计。解决了运用常规读写模块设计的读卡器对MIFARE 1卡操作距离不足的问题,也同时解决了读卡器设计广泛采用专用RFID芯片而涉及国外相关知识产权的问题,已经投入实用。
MIFARE 1 RF card is producted by advanced chip manufacturing technology, built-in high-speed CMOS EEPROM, MCU, etc. This paper describes the main characteristics and working principle of Philips company's MIFARE 1 RF card, a design using discrete components to achieve long-range MIFARE 1 card reader RF front-end hardware circuit system what controlled by the MCU is proposed. To solve the problem of using regular reader module designed for MIFARE 1 card-reader operating insufficient application of distance, and also to solve the problem of the intellectual property rights involving foreign RFID chips in the design of Card-readers, it has been put into practical use.
