效益管理在服务企业中的应用研究

摘要 企业效益的提升不仅需要产品的创新,还需要管理创新、意识创新。效益管理是一种现代化的价格管理方式,可以帮助企业建立更加科学、合理、灵活的价格体系,指导企业合理调节因淡旺季差异、内外环境变化等造成的价格波动对经营效益产生的影响,通过合理的价格实现企业效益最大化,提升管理水平。
