摘要 目的构建乡镇卫生院医生胜任力模型,为乡镇卫生院选拔医生提供能力选拔标准。方法通过工作分析调查表对乡镇卫生院317名临床医生进行工作分析,在此基础上,运用探索性因素分析对胜任力核检表的调查结果进行统计,结合专家咨询,构建临床医生胜任力模型。结果乡镇卫生院临床医生胜任特征6大特征群共23项,分别为专业素养、成就特征、管理特征、服务特征和影响特征与个人特征。结论本研究所构建的临床医生岗位胜任力模型与相应岗位的工作职责高度关联,可为乡镇卫生院临床医生的人力资源管理提供理论指导。 OBJECTIVE To build a township doctor competency model, provide selection criteria for the selection of doctors in township hospitals. MEHODS Through job analysis questionnaires analysis of 317 clinicians working in township, on this basis, competency check using exploratory factor analysis of survey results and statistics for the table, combined with expert advice, construction of clinician competency model. RESULTS Clinician competency of township 6 characteristics group total 23 items, known as the characteristics of professional accomplishment, achievement, management features, services, features and impact characteristics and individual characteristics. CONCLUSIONSC The Institute built a clinician competency models and the corresponding responsibilities of a post high correlation, for township health clinic doctors provide theoretical guidance for human resource management.
