摘要
目的了解城市社区卫生服务机构人力资源的培养现状与需求。方法采取自制问卷的方式对我国5个省29家社区卫生服务中心的医务人员进行现场调查,并利用SPSS 17.0统计软件对2 482份有效问卷进行描述性分析。结果社区医务人员虽然有较强烈的进一步参与进修学习的意愿,但参加学术交流活动与进修学习的机会不足,主要原因是单位工作忙与单位没有提供机会,其影响到我国基层人才队伍的建设。结论应注重社区医务人员能力的培养与培训制度的建设。
OBJECTIVE To understand the training status and needs of human resources in community health service institutions. METHOD 0n-site investigations were taken for 29 community health service centers in 5 provinces by using a designed questionnaire, and SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the 2482 valid questionnaires descriptively. RESULTS Although the medical personnel in communities had strong willingness to participate in further studies, the opportunities were not enough. Beeause they were busy with their works or the opportunities were not provided by the organizations, and which would influence the personnel' s development in the communities. CONCLUSION It should focus on cultivating the abilities of the personnel and building the training systems in communities. Key words community health service institutions, human resource, cultivation
