广西容县乡村医生现状分析及发展策略探索

Rural Doctors Present Situation Analysis and Development Strategy to Explore in Rongxian of Guangxi

目的 了解广西容县乡村医生的现状,发现存在问题并针对问题提出对策和解决办法.方法 采用普查法对全县范围内实施乡村一体化管理的乡村医生性别、年龄、学历、执业资格情况和工作情况进行分析.结果 广西容县的乡村医生以男性、30～50岁、中专学历和乡村医生资格为主.结论 为加强网底建设,完成各项医改工作任务,卫生行政主管部门应在维持乡村医生稳定的基础上实现乡村医生队伍的年轻化,提高乡村医生的工作水平和能力.

OBJECTIVE Understanding the current situation of rural doctors in Rong County of Guangxi Province. Finding existing problems and propose solutions and measurements. METHODS Implement to survey and analyze for the whole county rural integrated management of rural doctors＇ gender, age, education, professional qualifications and working conditions. RESULTS Rural doctors of Rong County are to men, 30N50 years old, mainly with polytechnic school educated and rural doctor＇s qualifications. CONCLUSION To strengthen medical network construction, completing of the medical reforming tasks, Health Administrative Department shall keep stability of rural doctors group and reduce the average age, promote their medical professional levels and abilities.
