新医改背景下的义乌市基层防保队伍人力资源分析

Analysis on Health Care Human Resources in Yiwu under the New Medial Reform of China

目的了解新医改背景下的义乌市基层防保人力资源情况,为推进新医改提供基础数据。方法 2012年10月对义乌市13个社区卫生服务中心从事基层防保工作的工作人员进行调查。结果义乌市基层防保人员共有75名,每万名常住人口有0.61名基层防保人员,17.33%的人员为预防医学专业,初级职称占88.00%。结论队伍总体数量不足,结构不十分合理,总体素质亟待提高。

OBJECTIVE To investigate grass-roots health human resources situation of Yiwu new medical reform under the background of , the underlying data for the new medical reform . METHOD In October of 2012, primary prevemtion and health care staffs from 13 community health service centers in Yiwu Were investigated. RESULTS Of grass-roots health personnel in Yiwu a total of 75, resident population of 0.61 per million grass-roots health manpower, majoring in preventive medicine who is 17.33%, junior tides at 88%. CONCLUSION Insufficient number of troops overall conclusions, the structure is not very reasonable, overall quality needs to be improved.
